This is a super cool example of a one owner 1966 Rolex 5513 Gilt Dial Submariner.
This watch was just acquired from the original owner's family.
The original owner of this watch was an Israeli Firefighter who wore this watch daily for 30+ years on the job.
This is a true untouched piece with some cool history.

Condition report:

Dial: This beautiful Gilt dial has flawless puffy lume plots with amazing pumpkin patina. 
The dial surface is has developed some patina and wear due to the elements the watch was exposed to over the years (with a cracked crystal). The dial still retains its gloss and has an overall appealing look.
Hands: Original Rolex hands with the original lume.
Case: The case is unpolished. Thick and even showing factory chamfers. Crisp & legible reference & serial numbers. The case shows wear from 30+ years of being worn on the wrist of a Firefighter. (Please refer to pictures).
Bezel & Insert: Nice original bezel with original "Long 5" insert that has aged to a wonderful faded blue/grey shade with Tritium dot present.
Bracelet: Original (and rare) Rolex 6636 rivet bracelet with 80 end links. Bracelet dated to 1966 (2/66). Bracelet is in great shape. Shows only minor stretch.
Movement: Very clean Rolex Cal 1520 is running and keeping excellent time. Currently in queue to be serviced by LA Watchworks and will with a 1-year service warranty.

Notes: This is a super cool one owner 5513 Gilt Submariner. A pure example of a one owner watch that was used as it should be.
The dial on this watch is absolutely stunning. It has become extremely difficult to find any Gilt dial Rolex with such a nicely patina'd dial. They are mostly all buggered up, scratched, or have badly deteriorated lume plots. This one is absolutely stunning.
This is a watch that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face every time you glance at your wrist.
