Condition report:

Dial: Flawless MKIII dial with the most amazing pumpkin patina.
Hands: Original Rolex Tritium hands matching the dial perfectly. 
Case: Unpolished showing sharp factory chamfers. Crisp & legible reference & serial numbers. Case shows some wear, (Please refer to pictures). Case back is engraved Kaiyo Flipper Race” and dated June 1978. This watch was presumably awarded to the winner of a swimming race in Japan.
Bezel & Insert: Sharp original bezel with original MKIII insert with Tritium dot present.
Bracelet: Original Rolex 93150 Oyster bracelet with 580 end links. Bracelet dated to 1977 (B). Bracelet is in great shape. Shows only minor stretch.
Movement: Very clean Rolex Cal 1570 is running and keeping excellent time. Brushed Silver date wheel. There is no known service history.
Accessories: None.

Notes: One of the nicest white 1680 Submariner currently on offer anywhere. The dial on this watch is absolutely stunning. Combined with the unpolished case, this example is a winner in every aspect! This is a watch that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face every time you glance at your wrist.
